I had the pleasure of attending Ozchi earlier this month presenting at Ozchi. It was a great conference, perhaps more relaxed than some years which I attribute to the temperature in Cairns.
It was a privilege to keynote at last weeks Making Links (or was it the week before already).
This blog covers work, thinking and experiences on design, design strategy and design research by Penny Hagen. I help organisations take a collaborative and participatory approach to the design & implementation of new processes, strategy, services, & products. The opinions shared here are solely my own.
